いや、これは失礼し申した。 
 
おれもおれも...とはならないよなあさすがに。 
 
・pacman -Suしてudev-141が入った。 
・マウスは別PC、別OS(Windows XP、CentOS、Ubuntu)で確認したが異常なし。 
・マザーボード上のオンボードUSBが4ポート、追加したPCIボードのUSBが3ポート、 
  いずれもUSB2.0でダメ。 
・変換プラグを使ってオンボードのPS/2コネクタに同じマウスを挿したがダメ。
