システムワイドでFlashを使わないなら、iceweaselでyoutubeに行ってプラグイ
ンをインストールするほうが楽だと思う。
プラグインのインストール先は、~/.mozilla/pluginsになります。

etchのflashはbackports行きになりました。
あとringよりftp.jp.debian.orgを使うといいと思います。
