日本語化失敗しました。。。
Synptic Package Managerで下記のようなエラーが出て開くことができません。

初めてでグーグルで調べるとエディターを開いて直しなさいとのことですがそのエディターの開き方がわかりません。
わかりません。画面関係くまなく探しましたがわかりせんでした。英語の問題ではありません。
どうやってエディタを開くのでしょうか？
