そうなんですか。 
僕の環境ではXorgを選んだ後で画面が真っ暗になって止まってしまいます。 
2.16はうまくいくんですけどね。 
パソコンによるんですね。 
 
ところで、2.16をシャットダウンするとき、設定を保存するかどうか聞かれずに画面が 
暗くなっちゃう（しかも電源ボタンを長押ししないと電源が落ちない）んですけど、 
何が悪いんでしょうか？ 
電源は手動で落とせばいいですが、設定を保存できないのは困ります…。

wakepupの仕事はカーネルを起動させるだけなので、 
それはwakepupの問題ではないでしょ。 
XorgではなくVesaは試した？
