win32-loader 0.3.0 has been released

>* Supports Windows 9x family. Some peculiarities: - Use wget as fallback since NSISdl segfaults (see URLﾘﾝｸ(bugs.debian.org)) - No reboot is required. It just runs grub.exe and Windows gives full power automatically.
