LANGほかの扱いが変わったのが原因くさいと言われてたが、 
日本語として認知するLANGの中身もより限定的になったのかな。

ubuntu edgyで0.9.32を>>605の方法でインストールしてみましたが 
winecfgすると以下のエラーがでてしまいました。

synapticからのインストだとwinecfgが以下の状態で進みません。
