Non-trivial SAN filer crash　　support@grokthis.net

We are experiencing a non-trivial SAN filer crash affecting approximately 30% of our customers.
Reconstruction and recovery is currently underway, but we are not expecting services to be restored for at least 12 hours.

If your websites are currently online, you have not been affected.
This affects both VPS and shared hosting customers, but does not directly affect customer's dedicated servers.
During this outage, the VPS management console, FTP server, and Debian/Ubuntu mirrors will be unavailable.
