autotoolsはebuildによっては特定のverが必要とされる場合があるので、複数インストールされる。
特定のバージョンが必要な場合は、auto*-warraperで適当に処理される。
例えば、/usr/bin/automakeとかは/usr/lib/misc/am-warapper.shにシンボリックリンクされて、
そのまま/usr/bin/automakeを使ったら1.10の処理が返ってくると思うよ。
