To start off, there is little or no relevence to the comments,
"set up ROK, DPRK and PRC as imaginary enemies".

Every country has it's own imaginery enemies.
Australians have the Indonesians as their primary "imagenery" enemy.
And Japan happens to be the third "imagenery" enemy, if you look
at the record. We don't see things that way, but people in the OZ land do.
It is something pretty much natural, something that need not be mentioned except for stupid "地球市民"w

As far as the regulation of wild life is concerned, Japanese happens to
abide by those principles. Did you notice that?
We abide by the Washington Treaty, we adhere to the Tuna agreements,
and also to "Whaling". Have you ever heard about this organization
called International Whaling Commission(IWC)?
Japanese are not against the international movement at all. Didn't you know?

We are hunting under the quotas assigned by the IWC.
It is perfectly "Legal" to catch whales. What is the problem?
Regarding international opinions, Iceland, Greenland, Norway,
RUSSIA, and CANADA happens to be whaling.
Very RIGHT WING and ARROGANT? SELFISHLY give
ITS OWN CULTURE priority over INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION(笑
