Edit: Reworked this translation, the dialogue between Nagato and Jiraiya is very confusing. 
 
ジライヤ　「長門・・・・なぜおまえの目は・・・・弥彦なのだ？！・・・・」 
Jiraiya: Nagato.... why are you eyes..like Yahiko's.. 
 
長門　　　「フッ・・・・今頃気づいたか・・・・・俺の能力は、人を同化して取り込むことができるのだ！！ 」 
Nagato: eh ?? ... only now you become aware ... my skill is to assimilate people and make them a part of me. 
 
ジライヤ　「ナニッ？！」「半蔵をどうして倒した？！」 
Jiraiya: What? Why did you beat Hanzou? 
 
長門　　　「あいつはすでに俺の中だ！・・・・」 
Nagato: He is already inside me! 
 
ジライヤ　「それが無敗の実力か・・・・」 
Jiraiya: Is that the unbeaten ability?? 
 
長門　　　「センセー！・・・・あんたも俺のコレクションになってもらう・・・・」 
Nagato: Sense!! (teacher, he's informally saying sensei) ....You will be part of my collection too.. 
 
Okay EXTREMELY CONFUSING, from the sounds of it, these three spoilers work together to make  
one giant spoiler. This seems to be a flashback at the start and then goes back to JIraiya and Pain  
talking, Pain who is now known as Nagato..very confusing, this translation will need work by a more professional person ! =]
