についてだが、

という記述を見つけたので、
Options Includes FollowSymLinks ExecCGI MultiViews
これを入れたら、
You don't have permission to access /a.cgi on this server.
というエラーは出なくなった。しかし今度は、
５００ Internal Server Error
になってしまう。
