SEOUL, July 16 (Reuters) - South Korea's central bank denied a media report on
Wednesday that it had unrealised losses of more than $7 billion in investments in U.S.
agency debt including bonds issued by Fannie Mae (FNM.N: Quote, Profile, Research,
Stock Buzz) and Freddie Mac (FRE.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz).

韓銀は水曜日、ファニー・メーやフレディー・マックといった米国政府系
金融機関への投資により７０億ドルをこえる含み損をかかえているという
メディアの報道を否定した。

"The news report is not true," the Bank of Korea said in a statement in response
to a report by South Korean financial news provider Infomax that cited market sources.
韓国の金融情報業者インフォマッックスの報道に関し、韓銀は「その報道は正しくない」
という声明を出した。
