LJUBLJANA (AFP) ? The White House said Tuesday that the offer from South
Korea's cabinet to quit over public anger at the resumption of US beef imports
was an "internal matter" and that it still hoped for a deal.

辞任するのは韓国の国内問題であり、問題解決を依然として望むと
述べた。
"The United States government is cooperating closely with the South Korean
government and ready to support American cattle exporters as they reach a
mutually acceptable solution with Korean importers on the beef trade," said Johndroe.
「米国政府は韓国政府と緊密に連携しており、韓国の輸入業者と相互に
受け入れ可能な解決策に向かう中、アメリカの牛肉輸出業者を支持する
準備が出来ている」とJohndroe広報担当（？）は述べた。
