70歳のYoung Hwan Yoo容疑者は、3月上旬にシドニーのノースノースショアにあるWilloughby Leisure Centreで8歳の男の子の性器を掴んだとされている。
警察が監視カメラの映像を見た後、彼は逮捕され、意図的に性的に10歳未満の子供に触れた1件の訴訟で起訴された。
Yoo容疑者の弁護士Jae Park氏は運動のため出禁になっているプールをふたたび利用できるよう求めている。
