すいません、どなたか教えてください。

xinetd経由でsshdを起動していて、/etc/xinetd.d下に作成したsshdの設定ファイル内で
only_fromを記述してアクセス制限かけようとしたのですがうまくいかず、
その後、hosts.allowやhosts.denyなどもいじっていたところつながらなくなりました。

どこが悪いのかさっぱりなのでsshdを直接起動するようにしたのですが、やっぱりだめで以下のログが出力されました。
ローカルホストからの接続でも同様のログが出力され接続できません。
