unzip.exeはMinGW/binに入れたので、念のためもう一度今日CompileGimpAtWindowsShell.shをMinGWで実行したところunzipのところはクリアしました。
再起動して設定が変わったからなのかもしれませんがよくわかりません。
その後いろいろなライブラリをシェルスクリプトが入れていきGimpのビルドが始まりました。
しかし、checking for GLIBのところでconfigureがエラーを出して終了してしまいました。

checking for GLIB - version >= 2.8.0... no

glibはglib-dev-2.6.6をシェルスクリプトが入れていたみたいですが失敗したのでしょうか。
またglibが正しくインストールされているか調べる方法もわかりません。
