So far in my opinion it looks like the program is running okay for the time being at 30 FPS. Although yea, game systems normally run at 60 FPS.
I'd say that later on when the program is more fully developed that we'll see how well everything processes such as on-screen sprites other than ロックマン, and BGM music playing.
But it looks like ロックマン's animations look alright to me at 30 FPS for the momment.
