We did send what the customer ordered.
Please check the recorded weight on the attached picture. We have told the customer to go to the post office and claim for proof with a stamp which explains the weight of the parcel has changed in transit and put all the received items on a scale to show the weight.
The customer is supposed to provide the evidence. AliExpress is supposed to verify the dispute rigorously.
