SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

To our valued customers, distributors, dealers, and friends...

As of January 9th, 2008, we regret that Robert Schleicher and Mike
Sweeney are no longer with MSAR and Microtech. We are happy to
announce that Karl Walter is our new Executive Vice President and wil
l be in charge of our transitions as we progress into the small arms market.
We will be temporarily halting all of our knife production as we get
transitioned and geared toward our small arms production. Our focus will
be concentrated on our firearms programs. We will return to our full knife
production and introduce our new knife lines at SHOT Show 2009 in
Orlando. During this down time, we will continue to warranty our knives
just as we always have. Also, from this point forward, we will be gearing
all of our available production of small arms to our distributors. If you are
a dealer interested in carrying our small arms product lines, please
contact one of our distributors listed on the web site. If you have any
questions about existing orders, please contact Keith Adkins at Ext. 19.
