Put it into practice の　所は　意味としても通じるし減点にならないと思う　
3パラグラフから　なんというのか不自然な表現が少しあると感じる
日本語訳を、そのまま英語にしたような感じといったらいいのか

charge of the general mamagers in companies. However,
employers there should leave the mamagers to competent women to produce the future growth.
In conclusion, it is desirable for
