Wを問題用紙にメモしていました。
そのまま解答用紙に書いたはずです。
採点の参考になれば嬉しいです。

I think that companies need to improve the way they treat their workers.
There are two reasons to support my opinion.

First of all, health of workers is resource for companies.
Companies should follow rules that show how long their workers can work safely.
Moreover, companies should admit their workers to take a rest when they have a cold or other illness.

Second of all, nowadays, male-female equality is more needed.
Several decades ago, women got less money than men got though they did the same work.
Furthermore, it is difficult for women who get married to come back companies after taking a break for her baby. These should be improved.

For the reasons stated above, I think that companies need to improve the way they treat their workers.
