According to this site, the definition of 令 is "order" or "good".
So in this case 令和 means "good harmony" or something.
It is spelled "REIWA" in English.

Now I watched a BBC caster saying the word: "REIWA".
But needless to say, she pronounced it with "R" sound.
So the word sounded quite differently.
If you want foreigners to pronounce it more correctly, shouldn't we spell it "LEIWA"?
