I haven't gotten the response yet.
Even if they are busy, ignoring a query from a customer is almost unthinkable in Japan.
We hear a lot that as a customer, Japanese people expect too much from their service providers,
but replying to a customer is something that is normally expected anywhere in the world.
ちょっと直してこんな感じかな（ちょこちょこ間違いもあったし）
